GBE’s core business is Design-Led Electronic Product Manufacturing. Leveraging our extensive product design experience with our manufacturing division, is a key value-added service we offer for products both designed by GBE, or those manufactured on a subcontract basis.
We have extensive experience across a range of manufacturing services: surface mount and conventional through-hole PCB assembly (PCBA), cable assembly, and full product ‘box-build’ assembly and test. Our flexible high-mix business model means we can work with prototypes and small volume assembly through to medium (10,000+) batch sizes. We also offer fully managed high-volume offshore manufacturing services.
GBE offers a wide variety of PCB assembly services which are detailed below within five complementary areas. They can be integrated and tailored to suit your precise requirements and you will find examples within Our Work. The close collaboration between our design and manufacturing teams enables GBE to offer long-term, value-added product manufacturing and support solutions across these areas. Services can be on a full product or PCB assembly subcontract basis; all offered on a single, or multi-drop scheduled basis.
