Local Manufacturing Specialists

GBE has built up strong partnerships with local specialist businesses to complement our in-house design and manufacturing services in Sussex.

For specialist external services, our team have identified local businesses in Sussex who work closely with GBE's design team. Their work is managed as part of GBE's full turnkey service, under our Quality Management System.

Our local manufacturing service includes:

  • 3D printing - fast turnaround prototyping for form, function and aesthetics. We work with Origin8 Group Ltd to produce high quality prototypes with a variety of different materials and finishes.
  • Enclosure Manufacture - From machining existing enclosures to creating unique bespoke enclosures.
  • CNC Metal Machining and Fabrication - Specialist metal part prototype and low volume manufacturing. We work with David Briggs, who has over 40 years experience & expertise of Conventional Precision Machining, CNC Machining, Milling, Turning, Welding & Vacuum Welding.
  • EMC and Immunity pre-compliance testing - METECC
