For larger volume, consumer price-point or specialist technology GBE offers a fully managed offshore manufacturing service, working with our Taiwanese vendor, covering Taiwan and China.

We have built up an extremely strong partnership with our Taiwanese vendor, dating back to 2005. It is maintained with regular trips to the Far East to manage new product launches and ongoing factory audits in both Taiwan and China. Yearly spend is over $2m, so this outsourcing service is certainly a key part of GBE's business.   • Customised computer panels from Via Technologies in Taiwan - GBE is an authorised development partner
  • Taiwanese manufactured LCD and OLED displays and customised, rugged computer panels
  • Organised and managed freight loading and shipping services (air and sea)
  • Large volume Chinese manufacturing, including controlled UK prototype development and hand-over
  • Compliance testing and full Technical Documentation and compliance marking
  • Long-term contract supply and management
